Preparation & Organization
I come prepared with lesson materials and resources ready well in advance
I organize my teaching materials efficiently (both digital and physical)
I plan lessons that are clear, structured, and engaging
I am flexible and able to adapt plans when needed
Engagement & Initiative
I actively support students learning throughout the entire day
I take initiative to assist my mentor teacher and other staff members in the school when needed
